BOWWOW CASTLE was started by two pet owners that have 5 dogs and 3 cats between them. All the pets were rescued and the cats were once upon a time feral but are now the sweetest cuddlest babies. We understand just how precious your pets are to you and how great it is to spoil them. We searched the market place to ensure that the products we offer are top quality and you can be sure, we have tested,tried, and put it on our pets. But pet ownership also brings responsibility. Shipping Information:
Orders are usually shipped within 5 days upon receipt. If any item is not available, you will be notified.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: It is our intent to ensure our customers are satisified with the products received from BOW WOW CASTLE. If for any reason, an order is cancelled prior to shipping, a full refund will be given. If an order has been shipped and our customer wishes to return the item, they must notify us via EMail or telephone and a RA # will be issued for the return. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
We notify our clients when their order has been shipped and issue a tracking number so they can check on the progress of their order.
